I really liked this. It was very easy and yummy too. I had it for left overs a couple days later and it was still delicious. I did make a few changes to the amount of butter I used, and I also used milk and half and half instead of cream to make it not as fatting, but it didn't seem change the flavor. It was still great, and I will be adding this it our menu regularly.

This is a very good recipe. I used half Three Cheese Tortellini and half Spinach Tortellini. Also I used Fat Free Evaported Milk. I had to add a little bit of milk before serving to make it a bit more liquidy. Very good and very filling!

What a flavorful, decadent dish and I love all the veggies in it! I would venture to say that ANY pasta would do, rather than cheese tortellini. I added pecans to mine, it just seemed to belong. I also did not use heavy cream, but instead low fat sour cream. Thanks!
I used soy milk instead of cream, a half pack of cream cheese instead of parm, used a quarter cup of flour and added a chicken breast. This was fabulous.
My whole family enjoyed this easy recipe. It was nice to see my 4 and 1.5 year old chow down spinach, even if it was drenched in calories. DH LOVED it. I thought it was very good, although seemed to be missing something that I can't quite put my finger on. Made the recipe as written, but did need some salt. It was very easy to prepare, and I love it when it REALLY takes only 30 minutes! Will make again for sure, but will likely lighten it up a bit with half & half. Thanks for posting!
Easy to make and very tasty! Everyone liked it and no leftovers. Made the sauce the night before then when I got home from work just boiled the tortellini and poured the heated sauce on top with some extra parmesan. Thanks!
