Made half a recipe for the two of us. Turned out great, I didn't add as much parmesan as stated so will add more next time. May even add chicken next time too.
I made this for dinner last night....and it was so fantastic This was so easy to put together, and as written it really does only take 30 minutes! I followed the recipe exactly, except I used 1/2 pound of fresh baby spinach leaves, and 1 carton of chopped baby portebella mushrooms. I also threw in some leftover rotisserie chicken that I had the night before. But what really sent this out into orbit for me was the crumbled up 5 pieces of cooked bacon that I sprinkeled over the top of the dish. This is my favorite new "go to meal" when I want something fast and easy and good enough to impress company!!! Thanks so much for posting this winner!
This was really good and easy! My teenage son was eating the sauce out of the pan with chips before I could add the noodles. He said to make a second batch next time just for him. So, I think that's success! I think next time I will try using just regular pasta vs. tortellini since it was very rich. Thanks for posting!
I made this for dinner and our family liked it. I used fat free half & half instead of the cream and I also added cooked, diced chicken. I agree with JackieOhNo! that it just seemed like it was missing that extra little something (salt, maybe?). I will definitely make this again and play with the ingredients a bit to add some kick. I think I'll also half the tortellini next time because this made enough to feed a small army! Thanks for posting.
This was extremely easy to make and tasted amazing. I don't think I chopped the artichokes fine enough as the chunks were a little too large for my taste...an easy fix next time. Also, I didn't have cream so I just used whole milk. I'm sure it wasn't as rich as with the cream but tasted great anyway. Thanks!
Super easy & tastes great. I subbed fat free half & half instead of cream and it was still wonderful. Thanks Charmie.
Yum! I used whole milk and vegetaable broth, and halved the recipe. Thanks Charmie for a great dinner! Made by a fellow Looney Spoon Phoodie!
This is very good. In general, I do not care for Rachael Ray or her recipes... but looking at the recipe, I felt like I had to move past my distaste and just do it... I'm glad I did! I used whole milk instead of cream so I'm sure it wasn't AS good, but one can't have it all :)
Delicious~! I had to leave out the spinach because of DH but still SO good!~ Definately will make again! Thanks!
