Spinach Appetizer

"This is a good appetizer to serve with crackers or rye bread for a party."

ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup water chestnut, chopped
• Knorr vegetable soup mix, 1 package
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
• 16 ounces spinach, frozen

directions

1. Thaw spinach and drain well, cut up.
2. Mix with all ingredients.
3. Serve with crackers or rye bread.
