  1. Arrange the spinach on a large serving platter.
  2. Scatter sliced strawberries over the spinach.
  3. Top with onion slices.
  4. In a bowl, stir together the vinegar, orange juice, honey and pepper.
  5. This is your salad dressing.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. ENJOY!

There are so many strawberry spinach salads on Zaar but I chose this one as it didn't have any oil in the dressing. I added cucumber, a few leftover tinned apricots as well as sprinkling with some feta cheese. This was a delicious lunch for me, thanks.

I thought this was a very tasty salad, and it looks SOOOOO beautiful on the plate. However, I felt it needed a little more "bite" to counteract the sweetness of the orange juice and honey. I will make it again with a baslamic or apple cider vinegar.
