• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup solmail flour
• 2 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup water
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

• filling

• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 small onion
• 1 cup mascarpone cheese
• 2 cups uncook spinach
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon basil
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch pepper

directions
