Great recipe. LOVE the sauce! Since we're not real big on cooked spinach, next time I'll probably halve or quarter the amount of spinach and double the mushrooms. 3 out of my family of 4 loved it (the 4th is 5 and being picky this evening).

This was a nice light meal and easy to roll together!! I didn't make the sauce because I had leftover tomato sauce that I wanted to use up. I'm looking forward to testing this with the sauce next time I make it.

This was a yummy recipe and quite simple to prepare. I added a cooked diced chicken breast and eliminated the mushrooms as we are not mushroom fans in our house. I will definately make this recipe again.

This dish is very tasty, I prepared it in the afternoon and heated through at dinnertime. I used 3 portobello mushrooms, just because thats what I had left from a previous dish plus the fact we love mushrooms. A very cheesy creamy tasty meal. Thanks for sharing.
