Spinach and Feta Filo Triangles

The recipe is from The Australian Women's Weekly website. My friend cooked it without shallots and dill and our toddlers cannot get enough :)

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C Squeeze excess moisture from spinach.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  3. Place a sheet of 'filo' pastry on the bench. Spray lightly with the olive oil spray.
  4. Top with another sheet of pastry.
  5. Cut into 5 strips.
  6. Place a tablespoon of filling at the bottom of each strip.
  7. Fold across diagonally, and continue folding to the top of the strip.
  8. Place on a baking tray and cook for 20 Minutes or until crisp and golden.
