A yummy way to eat spinach! I found this on the Pillsbury site.

  1. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thaw spinach.
  3. Drain well, pressing out excess moisture.
  4. In frypan, cook onion and garlic in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until tender.
  5. Combine spinach, onion mixture, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg yolk, basil, salt and pepper.
  6. Separate dough into 16 triangles.
  7. Cut each in half diagonally to form 32 triangles.
  8. Place 1 tbsp of spinach mixture in centre of each triangle.
  9. Bring corners to centre over filling, overlapping ends; press to seal.
  10. Place on greased baking sheets.
  11. Brush with beaten egg white; sprinkle with dillweed if desired.
  12. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Serve warm.
  14. Makes 32 appetizers.
