Woohoo!! 3 of my favorite foods in one recipe. Prepared it exactly as directed, but sprinkled about one third the parmesan cheese on the top of the filling before baking. Served the stuffed mushrooms whole (for dinner) along with a tomato salad and parmesan cous-cous. Made a lovely dinner! Thanks.

I saw this on "30-Minute Meals" with Rachael Ray and had to make it. Let me tell you that it is delicious! I especially love the flavor of the balsamic vinegar and the thyme. A winner for sure!
