Recipe by Lara Familua
I am a native of the Island of Malta and my mother used to do this every now and then. You can also find this in what they call Pastizzeria where they sell cheese and pea cakes and spinach and anchovy qassatat...

Ms Familua is clearly not native of Malta and has never eaten this pie before. For a start the pastry mix being a yeast dough clearly is the wrong choice for this pie. Do not try. As for Ms familua. ...get real and sign up to a basic cooking course
