  • Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Blend other ingredients together then fold into hot spinach. Serve at once.

  1. This was great on top of our baked potatoes. No leftovers between the three of us. Like others, I cut it down to 1/3. I will probably add a bit more horseradish next time.
     
  2. Outstanding! I went with plenty of extra onion and garlic and also added some shredded Parmesan. So delicious, that I have since used this recipe (minus the spinach) as filling for twice baked potatoes and as a chip dip. Thanks for posting.

  4. This was tasty and simple! I used fresh spinach, and also substituted plain yogurt in place of the sour cream--pretty similar in flavor, but a mite healthier.
     
  5. I cut this recipe down to 1/3rd the original size. I used fresh spinach and went light on the horseradish but heavy on the garlic. The recipe tasted very good.
