From a crockpot cookbook
- 1 lb ground beef (I used vegetarian)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (30 ounce) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
- 3 1⁄2 cups water
- 1 lb frozen vegetables
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 dash pepper, to taste
- Brown beef and onions.
- Mix all ingredients into crockpot.
- Heat on low 8 hours.
This is by far, one of the easiest , but tastiest soups I've made! Goes together in a snap and the flavor is very good! I didn't cook it in the crock pot , mostly because I didn't read the directions first *LOL* I did it on the stovetop and just let it simmer until it smelled good and looked good. (about an hour and a half) Great soup!!!!!! Made for Fall PAC '08
