- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 4 burrito-size tortillas
- 1 lb smoked turkey, sliced thin
- 1 small avocado, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup prepared salsa

- Top with turkey, avocado, and lettuce.
- Roll up tortillas tightly, enclosing filling.
