pretty good. I like my meat very seasoned, so I added most of these amounts to just 1 lb of meat. I also added some Worcestershire sauce for moisture.. I used dry minced onions instead of fresh too. Will prob make these again.

  1. Combine turkey, onions, seasonings and mix together.
  2. Take chunks of the meat, and shape into patties.
  3. Then cook on a grill, and serve with tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce.
