  1. Chop tomatoes, celery, onion, and beets.
  2. Place them in crockpot.
  3. Cover; cook on low 8-10 hours.
  4. Press mixture through a sieve.
  5. Return the extracted juice to crockpot and cook on high for half an hour.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Chill.
