This dish is fantastic! The only substitution would be to replace the tomato with red bell pepper. This is great on halibut too

Love this recipe. Love Cooking Light. So easy, quick and healthy! Only thing I always to different is toss some avocado chunks into my relish!

This was fantastic. I was looking for something refreshing to have on a hot summer day that wouldnt take a lot of time or heat in the kitchen. This was great. I used crushed pineapple as that was all I had on hand which I liked because the salsa was so good you wanted some in every bite. Thanks for sharing.
