The tilapia with Cajun seasoning and lime was very good. The veggies were an odd pairing. This was tasty, but it didn't sing.

Pretty good. I ended up replacing the mushrooms with okra, which probably goes better with the spices and lime. I also added a bit of chili sauce to the vegetable mix, and served everything over brown rice. Quick & easy, thanks.

We thought this was very good. I used red bell pepper instead, to add some color. We liked the vegetables and the fish a LOT, but thought that they were better seperate than together. The mushroom didn't really "go" with the lime and cajun, for us. Overall though, a tasty and healthy recipe! Thanks!

This was a nice recipe with great flavours. I think the the sauce would be set off even nicer though if done with salmon or red snapper.

This was delicious fish! The fresh garlic and onions seasoned the veggies perfectly and the spices and lime juice were a great combo on the fish. Great tasting fish without breading or heavy sauce - so healthy and flavorful - thanks for posting!
