Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 13 cups sweet and spicy Thai sweet chili sauce (Wildtree Sweet and Spicy Thai Chili Sauce)
  • Slaw

  • 2 cups broccoli, slaw
  • 1 teaspoon Italian salad dressing mix (Wildtree Italian Salad Dressing Mix)
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar

Directions

  1. Add pork and sweet chili sauce to slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low 6 hours, or high 4 hours.
  3. Shred pork and toss with liquid form slow cooker. Make slaw with day of cooking ingredients.
  4. Serve by itself, in a taco shell, tortilla or on a roll.
