    Simple Taco meat that is great tasting with no ADDED salt. I realize that it is not low in sodium but I made this in an effort to cook with less salt. I was surprised to be able to make a good taco meat without all the salt I used to add to it. Great for use in a burrito, taco, or taco salad.

      Brown Beef with chili powder, cumin, peper flakes, garlic and onions.

      Mash Chili Beans with potato masher to 1/2 smooth consistancy.
