I made this as listed and served it over jasmine rice. Everyone loved it!! I kind of think the Nutrition Facts are misleading on this recipe because it seems to be pretty lowfat. According to the pork industry, "based on a 3-ounce cooked serving...boneless loin has 147 calories and 5.3 grams of fat." Allowing for the cookdown of the raw meat, this does yield about 6 4-ounce servings so the "fat computation" is lost on me!! Oh well, thanks for sharing :-)

Again, over 22 fat grams per serving is not "lowfat". One third of a pound of pork per person is too much. Perhaps one pound of pork total would help. Those of us who need to eat lowfat have to be wary of the word "lowfat" in recipe titles and always check the nutrition info. There is nothing wrong with higher fat recipes and thanks to those who create and share them - they're tasty! We just need to be aware.
