Delicious! I added a whole bunch of vegetables to make it a complete meal: green beans, bean sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, shredded cabbage. Great for those on WW, as the shrimp is the only thing with points, and those are very low.

Tasteful stir-fry, Kittencal. I generally have all the ingredients on hand so I know we'll be having this again. It was quick and easy to throw together but tasted like I'd slaved to get everything just right. It would be simple to add a few more vegetables if desired.

I made this using 1 pound tiger shrimp and 1 pound scallops. I didn`t use chicken broth just good old water. I mixed everything from the water[broth] to the sugar in 1 bowl, I found no need for 2 bowls. I used a Thai chili-garlic sauce and found this to be pleasantly spiced. I think when making again I will up the heat! I served this with Fried rice Beef or Chicken Fried Rice (Asian). This is a quick, very flavorful recipe, a must make recipe!

I made these for my mom and I the last time I was down visiting. We both loved them! Just the right amount of spice and heat (on a daring day, I may even increase it). We ate this with white rice and the only thing I would maybe change is to double the sauce ingredients so there was more for the rice. Yum -MY. Kitten, your recipes are always a hit!!

Made for Zaar Tag. Wow, this was really good! It was spicy but not so spicy you couldn't eat it. Serve it with rice and it will tame the heat down. I found the chili-garlic sauce at Kroger. I will definitely be making this again!
