This was my first experience with Swiss Chard. Your recipe was great, but I was taking it to a potluck so I made it a bit more colorful and substantial by adding red, yellow, and orange sweet peppers, a big Vidalia onion, and some extra garlic along with some Italian seasoning and an extra pinch of the crushed red pepper. Fabulous! I posted a photo.person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. I used fresh spinach and this was an excellent addition to my menu! I had it alongside Morg Kebab (Iranian Skewered Chicken) and Quinoa Tabouli. I loved the red peppers which gave it a little zip and flavored them so well. I used red wine vinegar as I love the flavor of it, and used 1 Splenda pkt. instead of the sugar to balance out the red peppers. Excellent!!! I look forward to trying it with swiss chard this summer! Thank you ever so much for this great recipe Sharon! I love my greens :) Made for Newest Zaar Stars 4/09. Lindaperson found this review Helpful.
