Perfect taste, appearance, easy, and healthy! I love sweet potatoes and the touch of cinnamon. Made as posted and had them in the oven for over 20 minutes. We had ours with Recipe#211424, Recipe #242475, and Recipe#57679 for a nice summer meal. Thank you Kymmarie for sharing a keeper! Made for I Recommend Tag.
- 2 small sweet potatoes (3/4 lb)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
- Peel potatoes and halve lengthwise, then cut each half lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place oil, salt and spices in ziptop bag and squish to combine. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Place potatoes in shallow baking pan and roast in lower third of oven, turning over halfway through roasting, until tender and browned, 15 - 20 minutes total.
