this is an awesome recipe. i made a batch with yellow tomatoes. and 2 batches with red tomatoes. they tuned out wonderful. will keep this one for canning next year! i also followed the swapping information &used double the jalepenoes. just the right bite to it.

I made this salsa......sounded really good and IS really good. I spent the entire Labor Day laboring over it! Like you, I substitued the celery, I did not use pickling spices, and used extra peaches. Used only a few hot peppers. I did a bushel tomatoes and just put the amounts in as I thought it would work out. Very happy with it! Thank you for a good base to start from!
