Spicy Steak (Slow Cooker)

ingredients
- 1 (2 lb) round steaks, cut into strips
- salt
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 onions, cut into rings
- 1 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- bacon, cooked crisp and broken into pieces (for garnish)
- scallion (for garnish)
- sour cream (for garnish)
directions
- Lightly season steak strips with salt. Place strips into slow cooker then layer over the top peppers, onions, tomatoes and black beans. Cook on LOW for about 8 hours.
- Remove from crockpot and top with fresh bacon bits, scallions and a mound of sour cream.
