- 2 tablespoons ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
- To use: rub mixture on your choice of meat--this is really most excellent on steak.
- Use more for more flavor, less if you don't want it as spicy.
- Store in a small container with a tight fitting lid.
