A Malaysian recipe, found this on the back of Santan box.
- 30 g coconut milk powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 200 g squid, sliced into rings
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons oil
- Fry garlic in oil till transluscent.
- Add remaining ingredients except salt and stir fry till cooked.
- Add salt.
- Remove and garnish with fried shallots, sliced red chillies, cucumber and a piece of lime.
