An easy, healthy alternative to french fries. This is basic recipe, but feel free to test it out with your favorite spices and potatos and toppings for a custom version! I've added sweet potato to up the nutrition value and the tinest bit of delicious cheese. NOTE: The amount of potatos used are an average of what two people eat as a side dish.
