- 453.59 g skinless boneless chicken breast tenders
- 4.92 ml smoked paprika
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 9.85 ml olive oil
- 59.14 ml prosciutto, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 59.14 ml sliced olive
- 118.29 ml green chili, chopped
- 236.59 ml diced tomato
- 29.58 ml fresh parsley, chopped
directions
- Season chicken with paprika and pepper.
- Cook chicken in olive oil over medium heat, add garlic when chicken is almost ready, so it wont burn.
- Add olives, tomatoes and chiles and proscuitto, bring to a boil then simmer 6 - 10 minutes
- Sprinkle with parsley and spoon over rice or potatoes when ready to serve.
