This went down SO well in my household. I made this ahead of time, and just threw it into the oven a half hour before we wanted to eat....easy! I was a little perturbed when I started throwing the cheese into the mixture, thinking that it looked like it just wasn't going to melt, and I was going to end up with a big gloopy mess, but, slowly but surely the cheese melted down into smooth gooey yumminess. DH loved it, and snaffled the leftovers to take to work for his lunch the following day-that's a compliment!! Thanks Bonnette...I'm going to be cooking this again! Made for PRMR.
