Very good. No egg needed, but more breadcrumbs instead. Used green chilis instead of jalapenos and it was tasty.

Very tasty! Had a hard time mashing the edamame into a paste. So we left it chunky and it worked just fine. Would also be delicious served with raita. I'm planning on using a few of the leftover patties in a pita with some hummus with lunch tomorrow. Will definitely be making again.
