I gave this one an A+ when I got it from meals.com years ago.

  1. Melt butter over low heat. Stir in olive oil.
  2. Add shrimp; saute until pink.
  3. Add red pepper, Cajun seasoning and garlic powder; saute to allow flavors to blend.
  4. Add Italian seasoning and sherry; heat until simmering.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to skillet.
  6. Cook and stir constantly until thickened.
  7. You can add more sherry to get the consistency you want.
  8. Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
  9. Serve over hot noodles.
