  1. Position oven rack 4" from heat.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Mix the cumin, chili, garlic, salt and cayenne.
  4. Sprinkle evenly over shrimp.
  5. Coat broiler rack with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on rack.
  7. Broil until cooked, approx 3 minutes.
  8. Divide the guacamole evenly among the chips, top with a shrimp and a bit of cilantro.
