I really, really liked these and if you don't bbq them, they are so quick to make that they are just perfect for a weeknight dinner. I used my George Foreman grill to do the chicken as we didn't have the weather for a bbq. I only used the suggested fillings and loved all the fresh and 'clean' flavours, they went really well together and there weren't too many different flavours going on at the same time. Definitely a keeper! :D

These were good, I made them on my indoor grill, but I felt that they needed more ingredients in them besides avacados on lettuce, I added in some sauteed bell peppers and onions. Thanks Paula, this will make a good lunch for DH!...Kitten:)

Paula, thanks for a great recipe! So easy to put together and wonderful to eat. I didn't measure the sesame seeds or cayenne, I just flattened the chicken, laid it out in a pan, sprinkled on the salt (I used sea salt), cayenne and sesame seeds and then laid on a hot grill. It took about 10 minutes to cook them and then we had them with the suggested toppings. We really enjoyed this, thanks for posting.
