      Very good! I substituted green onion for brown and didn't have any peppers, but I added a couple of medium-sized potatoes and it came out beautifully! It took an extra 15 minutes to cook, but the potato soaks up a good bit of liquid and helps make it more of a quiche than a custard. This is going in the recipe files!

      This is a great tasting recipe that turned out to be to much of a very moist custard texture for me to really fall in love with. I made a 1/2 recipe using Chorizo- Veggie Version Included!. Even with the full baking time +7 mins and the 10 min stand time it still "feels" undercooked in the mouth. This might NOT be the case if dryer purchased sausage was used and as I say, the flavor is great.
