  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon mcormicks cajun spices
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces

Directions

  1. Scramble the eggs.
  2. Dip the pieces of chicken into the raw egg.
  3. Stir bread crumbs and McCormicks spice.
  4. Dip the chicken in the spice mix the raw egg will make it stick.
  5. Cook in a frying pan on stove until done.
  6. Put in salad.
