Excellent, crisp, delicious, but a tad too fiery. Next time I'll cut the amount of cayenne in half. I also added about a tsp. of smoked paprika.

These potatoes were easy to make and delicious....a definite repeater. I used only half the amount of cayenne and some family members thought they were still a bit too hot so I'll reduce it even further next time (and maybe add some chili powder as suggested by another reviewer). I will also add salt. I loved that the potatoes were not swimming in oil and took less time than some other recipes. Thank you, Sackville!

These were the best roast potatoes we have had in a long time!! Delicious and just enough heat to make them interesting and I only used half the cayenne called for, worked for us! Loved the cumin and oregano, I cooked them around a pork loin roast, on the rack, which make them nice and crisp. YUM!! Thanks for sharing.

These potatoes were delicious and reminded me of a recipe i used to make before...The flavours were perfect even though i made changes to it.I added chilli powder instead of cayenne and chopped coriander and dried basil instead of oregano(didnt have any).I did add a little of Roasted Garlic #54099.Absolutely delish...Perfect...!!

These are great! I loved 'em, and it is quick and easy to make. Some of my family thought they were a bit too spicy,though, so keep that in mind when preparing them for yourself. But I mighta got carried away with the pepper mill too!!!! LOL

These are soooo good! My BF made these for me as a sidedish for our steak. The spices are perfect and complimentary to each other, This is very easy to put together, and tastes like you worked much harder! Thanks SG.

Great recipe, excellent side dish. Easy to cook with casseroles, etc. I was tired of fried and baked potatoes. Very easy to make and great flavor. Varying the seasonings makes this recipe fun to cook.

I did these in foil out on the grill and they were very good. I unwrapped them and let them crisp for the last few minutes. The only suggestion I would make is to add some salt to the spices.
