I found this in a magazine at work.
- 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minute.
This was such a great dressing. I used it in my salads until it was all used up and then I was licking the bowl. I increased the garlic to 3 cloves and I used 5 green onions because I love green onions, and I didn't think there was enough of it.
