  1. Grease angel food cake pan or 9x13 pan. I use the angel food pan.
  2. Cream together butter and 1 cup sugar till fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Add sour cream and blend inches.
  5. Combine flour, baking powder and soda and salt. Whisk to combine.
  6. Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
  7. Mix sugar, nuts and cinammon in small bowl.
  8. Pour half of your mixture in the prepared pan.
  9. Top with raisins and half the nut mixture.
  10. Spoon on the rest of the batter and top with remaining nut mixture.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.
