Directions

  1. Whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce and sugar.
  2. In serving bowl combine prawns, lemongrass, shallots, mint, coriander and lime leaves.
  3. Toss dressing through and taste to adjust seasonings.
  4. Serve immediately.
