- 4 large round red potatoes (about 2 pounds)
- 78.78 ml vegetable oil
- 59.14 ml white vinegar
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 7.39 ml chili powder
- 4.92 ml seasoning salt
- 0.61 ml hot sauce
- 248.05 g can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 small carrot, shredded
- 70.87 g can sliced ripe olives
directions
- Cook red potatoes in boiling water to cover 20-30 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and cool to touch. Cut potatoes into cubes and place in a large bowl.
- Whisk together oil and next 5 ingredients; pour over potatoes tossing gently to cover. Chill 1 hour.
- Stir in corn and next 3 ingredients.
