  1. Cut pork across grain into thin, narrow strips.
  2. Combine pork, 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce and red pepper; set aside.
  3. Combine cornstarch, remaining 3 tbsps teriyaki sauce and red pepper; set aside.
  4. Combine cornstarch, remaining 3 tbsps teriyaki sauce, vinegar and 1 cup water; set aside.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat.
  6. Add pork and stir-fry 2 minutes; remove.
  7. Add onion; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  8. Add radishes and zucchini; stir-fry 1 minute longer.
  9. Add pork and teriyaki sauce mixture.
  10. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.
  11. Spoon over bed of lettuce on serving platter; serve immediately.
