Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs shredded pork
  • 12 teaspoon red pepper
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon soul seasoning
  • 12 cup water
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in large frying pan and cook for about 15 minutes or until hot.
  2. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
