I really liked the sauce on this & will make it again. I added extra veggies so it almost ended up more of a stir fry. I reduced the chili sauce to 1 teaspooon and found it met our preferences. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
Excellent quick and easy dish with loads of flavor. I had some leftover pork tenderloin ends and this was a great way to stretch it into another meal. I used vermicelli and would suggest under cooking it a bit as it got rather soft in the stir-frying at the end. I also added some matchsticks of carrots and red peppers adding more flavor and color to the final dish. Made for [b]PAC - Fall 2007[/b].
Very good!! I added some green pepper and mushrooms to my lo mein. I cut back a bit on the chili garlic sauce and should have cut back just a bit more.
We loved this! I did omit the chili-garlic sauce since I know my family wouldn't go for it, but it was delicious just the same. I didn't like the look of the pork tenderloin at my store, so I got thin-cut boneless loin chops that worked great and turned out very tender and tasty after marinating for about 9 hours. And I used thin spaghetti. I will be making this again - especially throughout this summer. Thanks!
