A very health conscious friend gave me this recipe but my more decadent family loves it as well.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Remove skin from chicken and wash then pat dry.
  2. Spray a 15x10x1 inch pan with non stick spray coating arrange chicken in pan, meaty sides up.
  3. Brush with milk Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle over chicken Bake in oven 350 for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.

I thought it was a little too simple, but definatly easy to make. Something I'll save for when I don't have a lot of time to cook a healthy a meal.
