The husband loved it and so did I. Very flavorful, and SOOOOOO easy! I added half of the mustard in the recipe as suggested by others, so it really wasn't spicy, but that's ok, it tasted great.

Very good, I did cut back on the mustard as others suggested, used about 2 taplesppons instead of 1/4 cup. DH loved it too. Best of all, it was super fast and easy

I used the Classico pesto. I really think this is too much mustard. (I know, it says spicy, so I won't mention the "burn.") The pesto, and even the cheese, were barely tasted - the mustard just took over.

Excellent! So easy and flavorful. The fragrance filled the house. I followed the suggestions of others who used less mustard -- about half. It was just right for our tastes. We think 1/4 c. Dijon would overwhelm the other flavors. Thanks for sharing.

I flattened the chicken breasts so that they would bake evnly. Good mixture of flavors; the chicken stayed perfectly moist.

I used homemade pesto. Me and DH thought there was too much Dijon Mustard. So another time I'll reduce it. But this recipe is very tasty for the little ingredients. And so easy to do. The only problem I got was that my chicken breasts were too big and take a lot of time to cook. Thanks Redsie. Made for Zaar Star Game.

Very good dish. My husband likes this one a bit more than I did. I took the time to make homemade pesto for this dish and thought the dijon kinda overpowered the pesto but it was still very tasty and kid friendly anyway. I gave it a 3, hubby gave it a 4 so I'll go with 4. I followed the recipe exactly. Will make this one again. Simple to make and made everyone happy!

This was good but next time I will reduce the mustard down, the taste was a little too strong, thanks for sharing Reds!

A keeper! I used 3 very large boneless, skinless whole breast but cut them in half. I doubled up on the mozzarella and pesto, left the amount of mustard and parm the same. I also added a half slice of provolone to each piece, for the last 10 minutes of baking, as another member suggested. The chicken was done after about 45 minutes of baking and was very moist....my chicken was thick. Served with some parmesan flavored rice and a Ceasar salad. Very easy and will definitely make again; thanks for posting! It was yummy and I enjoyed the leftovers for lunch the next day.

This was just delicious!!!! I'd never tried dijon with pesto and wow! I served with a pasta I just tossed with parmesan, garlic and olive oil and this was enjoyed by the entire family. Thanks!

I made this last night and my friend loved it. I really liked it but I think I would decrease the dijon mustard next time. Just personal preference. This was so easy to make! Thanks Redsie.

We thought this was quite good! We loved the flavor of the dijon peeking through. I too might try a slice of provolone next time as the other reviewer suggested. A nice flavor combo with little prep. I also like that the ingredients are easy to remember (1/4 cup of everything). Thanks for sharing! Nick's Mom

This chicken dish was simple to make and really good. We added a slice of provolone cheese on top the last 10 minutes of baking.
