Just a quick appetizer - tasty and easy to make.
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 cups unsalted peanuts
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Heat oil.
- Cook garlic until golden, then discard.
- Stir in peanuts and chili powder.
- Cook for 2 minutes until warm.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with salt.
I made these for my nut-loving husband, regrettfully he wasn't here when they were still warm! These make a great easy appetizer, especially served warm.I would of liked for more of the garlic flavor to stick around though.
