Just a quick appetizer - tasty and easy to make.

Directions

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Cook garlic until golden, then discard.
  3. Stir in peanuts and chili powder.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes until warm.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Sprinkle with salt.

I made these for my nut-loving husband, regrettfully he wasn't here when they were still warm! These make a great easy appetizer, especially served warm.I would of liked for more of the garlic flavor to stick around though.
