a nice recipe for a nice lunch don't take the measurements too serious, if you think you need more or less, it's your food!

  1. take your eggs and break them into a small bowl.
  2. chop up the rosemary.
  3. mix the rosemary and the thyme with the eggs.
  4. add the curry powder, mix it and make sure it doesn't form lumps.
  5. add the worcestershire sauce and mix that in too.
  6. if you have it also add in some madras or korma spices.
  7. put some butter in a frying pan andwait untill it starts bubbling.
  8. add the egg mixture and fry both sides, you can fry untill it is brown, but i prefer it when it is just not yet brown.
  9. put the omelette on one slice of bread.
  10. take some mayonaisse and a bit of wasabi paste.
  11. mix those.
  12. then spread it over the other slice of bread.
  13. put the wasabi slice on the egg slice.
  14. cut in half.
  15. enjoy.
