I used this recipe last night, and of course I didn't follow the recipe to the letter, I never do. But I must say the outcome was pure heaven. My partner said it was one of the best meals I had ever prepared. I used rice instead of noodles and added stir fried veggies. I prepared the shrimp and the sauce excatly as the recipe indicated. I will definitely do this one again.

This was just the right meal for a 100 degree day. I used bok choy instead of the napa cabbage and added sliced green onions. I used the recommended amount of wasabi paste and it was just right. We really liked this and will have it again! Thanks Robyn

This dish is so fabulous! We would give this 10 stars, if we could - it is that good! I made just a couple of changes, I used regular linguini noodles (wide rice noodles were not available) and subbed iceburg lettuce for the cabbage (personal preference). I used the recommended amount of wasabi, and it was just right for us. I love this cold spicy dish. This recipe was worth all the work you did to get it. Thanks so much for posting.
